Cheer has officially ended and i have to say that it couldn't have had a better ending. The type of bond that this team shared was like no other I had seen before. I will miss all of my girls so much. Tonight we have our coaches graduation barbecue and the feeling is bitter sweet. I am sad to possibly be ending my affiliation with my beloved team, but I am excited to see everyone else excel! I love you guys so much and I am sad to go but I know you guys will all carry on what we started!

Homemade Avocado Ice Cream Recipe

Whip up some of the coolest and creamiest ice cream around Hass Avocado Ice Cream. Fresh and rich, this homemade sweet treat can be served simply in a bowl for a summer BBQ or dressed up in martini glasses for a more sophisticated affair.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Re-Calculate: Ingredients

Serves: 

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 low fat milk*
• 2 ripe, Fresh Hass Avocados, seeded and peeled
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
• 1 cup low fat coconut milk*
• Mint sprig, chopped, optional
• Vanilla bean, chopped, optional

Instructions:

1. Puree milk, Hass Avocados, sugar, and juice in a blender.
2. Blend in the remaining liquid of your choice, along additional flavorings such as mint or vanilla.
3. Follow the instructions on your ice cream maker to freeze and finish.

This is one of my favorite desserts to make at home. Vici B made it for me and then I went home and made two batches for me and my family I love it go home and try it!

This week has been a great week!!! My family and I have decided to go to Hawaii on April 10th, and I am so excited. We are going to have a blast. Also this week has just been good. The third quarter is ending today , and I couldn't be happier. I have really been struggling with all of the homework, cheer, and social relationships. I just hope the weekend follows suit, and the rest of the year as well.

My high school graduation is nearing, and to be frankly honest, I am scared. We all call this place a prison, and that it very well may be, but it is the place that we have all grown up, learned lesson, and made friends. We will all take a facet of this place with us good or bad. I am not going to say that going to this school has been the best experience of my life, but I can say that it has been an experience, and one I wouldn't trade for the world.

I have made some of the best friends I could ask for here, but I have also made some bad ones. I have to learn to take those experiences with a grain of salt, and realize that because of those friends I am a better person. I would like to say that I have made a tiny sliver of impact on at least 50 people's lives here at St. Joes, but I am not sure I have.

We all want to be remembered, but if it's not for the right reasons then is it really a remarkable thing? I hope that some of you are able to call me your friend, and if not then I certainly hope that if you ever needed me you'd ask.

Today is Senior night, and I am soooo sad. It is going to be hard not to have my girls anymore. I am not in a lot of clubs here at the school nor am I part of many sports here. These girls have made me leaving this school so bitter sweet. Preslee is doing my speech, and I cant wait to hear it because she has been a major part in making cheer such an easy commitment. I am also so proud to get to cheer for such an amazing friend such as Kailey #23. I keep telling myself that I wont get emotional tonight, but I have a feeling that everybody's emotions will be running high making it that much harder to keep a smile on my face. Also I am so grateful that I was able to serve as a captain next to Cydni, Preslee, and Isabel. They are so amazing and made this experience one that I will forever remember.<3

Its's Thursday, February 5, 2015. I hope to express my deepest thoughts and opinions with all of you fellow subscribers, and bloggers alike. This blog will be 100% real. 100% all of the time. Take no offense to any comments or posts blogged on this blog. If you do then leave! Kailey is my home girl so don't mess with her. All jokes aside I hope to really learn something about you fellow classmates, and I hope I have somethings to share. I guess only time will tell. I feel that as a school, and even more as a class we all feel we know all there is to know about one another but I am almost 100% sure that is not the case. Maybe walls will be broken :) If not then this should just be a fun experience for our 12th grade English class. May the best blogger win!
